1. Data We Collect

When you register, we collect your email, workspace name, and platform usage data. When the AI assistant is active, we store conversation history to improve its responses.

Account email and password (encrypted)
WhatsApp conversation history received by the system
Knowledge base content and SOPs you upload
Usage analytics (message count and response rate)

2. How We Use Data

We use your data for one purpose: making your AI assistant more useful. We do not sell it, share it with third parties for marketing, or use it outside the service.

Transparency: Chat history is stored while the account is active. You can delete it from the dashboard at any time. After account deletion, all data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

3. Data Security

We use TLS encryption for data in transit and bcrypt hashing for passwords. Our servers are hosted in Indonesia using enterprise cloud security standards.

4. Third Parties

6. Policy Changes

If there is a significant change, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before it takes effect.
