1. Service Description

satuinchat.com is an AI assistant platform for WhatsApp Business. We help businesses automate customer service responses through a WhatsApp integration.

We use a third-party gateway, Fonnte, to connect to WhatsApp. This service is not an official WhatsApp Inc. product.

2. WhatsApp Usage Risks

Important Warning

WhatsApp has strict policies against unofficial automation tools. Using this platform carries risk.

  • WhatsApp may restrict or block your number
  • Your business account may be suspended if spam is detected
  • We are not responsible for blocks imposed by WhatsApp

By registering, you confirm:

“I understand that WhatsApp may block my account and that Fonnte/diurusinai.com is not responsible. I use this service at my own risk.”

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Not use the platform for spam or unsolicited messages
  • Not send illegal, harmful, or unlawful content
  • Comply with WhatsApp Business API policies
  • Take full responsibility for content sent by AI on your behalf
  • Do not misuse features for fraud or phishing

4. Service Limitations

We do not guarantee:

  • 100% uptime—maintenance downtime may occur
  • AI will answer correctly 100% of the time
  • Your WhatsApp account will never be blocked
  • Availability of Fonnte or another WhatsApp gateway provider

We do our best, but this is new and evolving technology. Use it with an understanding of the risks.

5. Payments & Refunds

The Starter plan is free forever. Business plans use custom pricing based on usage volume.

  • There are no refunds for usage already incurred
  • Daily or monthly payments must be settled before the next period
  • We may suspend service when payment is more than 7 days late

6. Account Deletion

We may delete an account and terminate service if:

  • You violate these terms and conditions
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected
  • The platform is used for illegal purposes
  • The account is inactive for more than 12 months

You can also delete your account from the dashboard at any time. All data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may change these terms. We will announce significant changes by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
